This is to introduce Craig Reed, one of Edgnett’s Senior Technicians.
Craig’s qualifications include:

• Diploma in IT
• MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional)
• HP Accredited Service Engineer
• HP Product Knowledge Accreditation
  

Craig has been with Edgnett since 1998. He has had a wide range of experiences, including terms as on-site technical support contractor at the Pasminco mine. Craig played a major role in the Sureway Job Network project, including installation of servers at Sureway’s new Albury and Griffith offices.
He was also heavily involved in the IT services component of the Pasminco/Perilya mine takeover project. Craig provides first-line IT services support for a number of local businesses.
His areas of experience and expertise include:

• Network and communications planning, installation and administration (LAN)
• Wireless network installation and support
• Server setup and installation
• Data security measures
• Hardware troubleshooting and repair (high level)
• Windows server operating systems (Windows 2000, Windows 2003, Windows SBS 2003)
• Windows PC operating systems (Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista)
• High level skills in primary MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
• Installation and configuration of communications services (broadband Internet, firewalls, sophisticated virus protection.)
• Lotus Notes & Lotus Domino
• Point of Sale software and hardware
